What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the management of the unit and the performance of all employees
- Manage the group and deliver the goals and metrics of each
- Serve as primary client and UGS contact
- Other responsibilities include operations management, team performance management, client management, performance metrics, mentoring, and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree, any field
- Experience as a BPO Account/Operations Manager for at least 2 years
- Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience in Financial Programs
