Operations Manager – Healthcare
Location: Cebu or Manila
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: 120,000 to 130,000
We are hiring an Operations Manager with proven healthcare operations experience. The candidate must have direct leadership exposure within a purely healthcare account.
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 5+ years experience in purely healthcare BPO
- Experience in UMR, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing, Claims, or related healthcare functions
- Experience handling teams and driving KPI performance
- Amenable to onsite work
- Amenable to night shift schedule
- Non-healthcare backgrounds will not be considered.
