This role involves managing staff, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a productive work environment. The Operations Manager ensures compliance with safety protocols, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and drives continuous improvement. They also maintain customer relationships, manage budgets and schedules, and handle facility maintenance. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing claims, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
