Descripción y detalle de las actividades- At the direction of the General Manager, oversee Production and Operations to ensure that the plant meets production needs, regulatory requirements, and profitability targets for a Back End Investment Casting facility comprised of 350+ employees.
- Plan, budget and develop projects that increase productivity, reduce operational costs, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.
- Perform administrative functions, such as budgeting, reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and purchasing materials or services.
- Oversee the performance of two Business Unit Managers, three Manufacturing/ Quality Engineers, and the Production Control / Supply Chain coordinator.
