**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations in the electronics production area.
- Implement efficient processes and standards to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Lead and develop operations staff through training and performance management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Advanced English level.
