- Introduce and lead a company-wide management training framework.
- Design systems and dashboards for tracking company performance metrics.
- Establish a lightweight but effective cadence of internal reporting and accountability across functions.
- Act as the operational glue between founders, bridging different working styles and reducing internal friction.
