Lead the overall operations of multiple facade projects from award to final handover. Develop and monitor operational plans, project schedules, manpower and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal departments. Ensure engineering shop drawings, material submittals and technical approvals are completed on schedule.
Oversee procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials. Manage factory production, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities.
