Operations Manager – Customer Experiences APAC

We are partnering with a globally recognised eCommerce travel and hospitality platform behind some of the world’s most loved luxury stays and unforgettable travel experiences. As the Customer Experiences platform continues to scale across APAC, we are recruiting a newly formed Supply Operations Manager – Experiences role to help shape what is next.

This is a high-impact, external-facing role for someone who knows the experiences, travel and hospitality space inside-out and is excited to build, optimise and scale world-class operator-led supply across priority destinations.

As Supply Operations Manager – Experiences, you will partner closely with regional acquisition leads to source, onboard, optimise and retain high-quality experience operators. You will own the overall health of supply in your assigned region and act as a champion for Customer Experiences, both internally and within the industry.
