This senior position reports to the Head of Cross-Border Commerce and will lead the operation of our cross‑border commerce business unit, building a scalable channel to bring international sellers to South African consumers through Africa's leading e‑commerce marketplace.

Purpose of the Role

The Operations Manager, Cross‑Border Selling is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and performance frameworks that enable the channel to operate at scale.
