Operations Manager (Civil/FTTH Construction)

The Foreman - Civil Utilities is located in Edmonton, AB and reports directly to the Site Supervisor. The primary focus is to supervise and lead a team in the construction and maintenance of Shallow Underground Utilities at various project sites in Edmonton and the Greater Edmonton area.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Full understanding of project scope, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
• Leads and mentors field crews, including conducting HSE activities, toolbox/tailboard meetings, and daily coordination.
• Supervises pipe layers, labourers, and equipment operators, monitoring attendance, productivity, and work quality.
• Acts as the primary liaison between the crew and the Superintendent, providing regular updates on project status.
