**Summary/Objective**
**The Operations Manager oversees organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality, improving efficiency and managing quality standards.**
**Essential Functions**
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best-practices
- Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Monitor inventory levels of products or materials in warehouses to manage space
- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
