As an Operations Manager, you and your team play a crucial role in leading and optimizing the warehouse/distribution center to achieve efficient, profitable, and people‑centered operations. You will be responsible for three departments: Inbound, Outbound, and Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service levels
- Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and loading
- Oversee external warehousing operations
- Manage the operational budget
- Develop and implement innovative solutions, KPI improvements, loss prevention programs, and safety initiatives
- Lead the company's commitment to a zero‑accident workplace
