About the Role Guardteck is looking for an Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations across assigned client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring sites are properly staffed, employees are supported, service standards are maintained, and operational issues are handled quickly and professionally. The Operations Manager works closely with the Director of Operations, Account Managers, dispatch, mobile teams, supervisors, and frontline employees to keep operations running smoothly across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, responsive, confident under pressure, and comfortable balancing employee support, client service, scheduling, and urgent operational needs.
