Operations Manager

Open to Malaysian Only -- To lead and oversee the Company's manufacturing operations to achieve operational excellence, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective production. The incumbent is responsible for production planning, operational performance, engineering and maintenance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and resource optimization to support the Company's business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

1. Lead and oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facilities to ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
2. Develop operational plans and coordinate resources to support production requirements, particularly during the durian season.
3. Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
