Operations Manager

We're looking for someone who runs kitchens like they own them. At Riwayati Zaika (SpiceSymphony Pvt. Ltd.), we deliver premium cuisines across corporate and institutional centres in Bangalore — and we need an Operations Manager who can keep multi-centre operations running at a high standard, every single day. What this role owns: → Dispatch timelines across all service centres → Quality checks, client feedback, and complaint resolution → SOP creation and team compliance → inventory, and operational reporting → Food wastage reduction targets → Kitchen team management, training, and performance. You're the right fit if: ✔ 3–6 years in food service, catering, or QSR operations ✔ You've managed multi-centre or multi-outlet teams ✔ You've built SOPs, not just followed them ✔ You solve problems on the ground — without waiting to be told ✔ High-accountability, early-morning, field-first environments don't faze you.
