Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager (Back of House) to oversee and optimize all backend operations across INITIA Group's F&B brands in Malaysia. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, procurement effectiveness, cost control, food safety compliance, warehouse and logistics management, and seamless support for outlet operations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Outlet Managers, Kitchen Teams, Procurement, Finance, and Senior Management to ensure all operational systems, supply chain processes, and backend functions run efficiently while supporting business growth and profitability.
