Job Summary
The Operations Manager (Inventory) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and availability of inventory within the Micro Fulfilment Centre. The role partners closely with customer and internal teams to maintain strong inventory control, support service levels, minimise loss, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory across WMS, automation, and supporting systems
- Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits to ensure high accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Track all inventory movements (inbound, outbound, internal) for accuracy and traceability
