Job Title: Operations Manager – APAC
Responsible for end-to-end operational management across regional markets, ensuring accurate data, reliable supply, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Systems & Data – Maintain CRM/ERP systems with high data accuracy. Ensure data supports reporting, forecasting, and audit readiness.
- Forecasting & Supply Alignment – Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain on monthly forecasts. Support demand planning and operational alignment.
- Supply & Backorder Management – Communicate supply issues promptly (within defined timelines). Manage backorders and mitigate supply risks. Ensure continuity of customer service.
