Site Leaders are responsible for all safety, budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an entire building.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole SC, including safety, productivity, financial planning, labor planning, and operational goals.
Provide strategic level/long‐term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3Yr overview).
Guide building culture according to leadership principles.
Set clear goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers.
Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold leaders accountable.
