We are seeking a competent and versatile Operations Manager to oversee organizational planning, and operational workflows across our technology platforms and hardware units. The role is both strategic and hands‑on, ensuring smooth operations and people management in a fast‑evolving tech environment.
- Ensure day‑to‑day business operations and interdepartmental coordination run efficiently.
- Design and document SOPs for internal processes and workflows.
- Coordinate between tech teams, compliance/legal, marketing, and hardware production teams.
- Monitor and report on KPIs across HR and operational areas and will be liable to achieve the desired targets on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
- Oversee relationships with outsourced services (e.g., payroll, legal, compliance, logistics).
- Help negotiate and manage contracts for services related to HR, facilities, and operations.
