Job Responsibilities
- Arrange production schedule and allocate capacity for injection molding lines, track delivery of automotive plastic parts to meet output and delivery targets.
- Manage the workflow of injection molding, spraying and assembly processes.
- Oversee inspection on appearance, dimension and performance of plastic products, handle customer complaints and rework.
- Implement automotive industry quality standards, promote process improvement and reduce scrap rate.
- Control consumption of plastic raw materials, auxiliary materials and energy.
- Optimize inventory and material requisition, calculate production cost and achieve cost reduction goals.
