Operations Manager (Aguascalientes)

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange production schedule and allocate capacity for injection molding lines, track delivery of automotive plastic parts to meet output and delivery targets.
• Manage the workflow of injection molding, spraying and assembly processes.

Quality Control

• Oversee inspection on appearance, dimension and performance of plastic products, handle customer complaints and rework.
• Implement automotive industry quality standards, promote process improvement and reduce scrap rate.

Cost & Material Management

• Control consumption of plastic raw materials, auxiliary materials and energy.
• Optimize inventory and material requisition, calculate production cost and achieve cost reduction goals.

Equipment & Mold Management

• Manage daily maintenance, inspection and repair of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment and automotive molds.
