Operations Manager - Administrative Services

We're looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as a Financial Services Supervisor in Saskatoon. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members.

How you'll spend your time:

• Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives
• Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
• Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
• Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets
