Job Description Job Description General Responsibility The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager will oversee the delivery of all services defined in the contract for the operation and maintenance of critical airport infrastructure at Burbank International Airport. This includes Passenger Boarding Ramps (PBR), Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Checked Baggage Inspection Systems (CBIS), control room operations, encoding, and baggage jam resolution. The O&M Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of service delivery, planning, execution, compliance, performance management, and client communication, ensuring all activities are aligned with contract requirements, safety standards, and PBP Services operational excellence framework.
