Operations & Maintenance Director NSW

The Operations & Maintenance Director NSW is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of all Operations and Maintenance activities across New South Wales.  The role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the successful execution of traffic signal, ITS and related maintenance contracts while fostering a strong safety culture, operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

The position is accountable for ensuring that all activities are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, legislative requirements, customer expectations and Yunex Traffic policies. The Director will drive continuous improvement, operational performance, workforce capability and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.
