About The Role
The Vertical Ops team's mission is to power ACAC Territories by partnering with teams to ideate and execute scalable solutions to strategic priorities. As an Operations Associate in this role, you will lead our efforts to continue making Uber the safest platform in the Andean, Central American and the Caribbean regions.
In this role, you will serve as the regional safety expert, driving impact through: analyzing incident rates and delivering actionable insights to Central and Local Operations; identifying and implementing best practices; designing scalable solutions to improve safety in our territories; building compelling business cases for safety initiatives; and partnering with Central Ops and other cross‑functional teams on feature launches and related safety initiatives.
