The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is designed to prepare experienced manufacturing operations and/or engineering professionals for senior operations leadership roles. This 18‑month program provides high performers with early accountability, broad operational exposure, and a fast path to operations leadership positions. Participants will progress through a structured series of rotations across complex, global operations supporting leading-edge semiconductor technology.
