Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
1) Achieve or exceed customer(s) requirements by using in an efficient manner all the resources that report to him.
(People & equipment)
2) Achieve or exceed operational targets, such as scrap, OTD, productivity & quality, without exceeding the expected manufacturing costs.
3) Response in a timely manner of any customer complaint or IAR issued to his area.
