Operations Leader, Americas — Data-Driven & Global Scale

Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking an experienced leader to steer the Americas Operations team, overseeing Analysts and shaping the delivery backbone from project setup to governance and reporting.

You will drive KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven insights, partnering with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to scale PS operations globally. English and Spanish fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.
