Role Overview
This role is responsible for building and strengthening the middle- and back-office operating model for Noah Singapore Securities. The mission is to establish a MAS-compliant, scalable and well-controlled operating backbone covering onboarding, KYC, funding, settlement, reconciliation, risk control and service support, while enabling business growth, product iteration and real client trading activity in a lean-team environment.
