Operations Lead - Samut Prakarn (SPX Express)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operational teams of Inbound, FSOC, and Mis-sort using daily performance reports, historical excellence, and team development.
• Work with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels.
• Improve staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
• Perform backlog chasing in line with SLA.
• Report to management a summary of data, operational concerns, and improvement procedures.
• Optimize manpower from the planning team to meet cycle time and hourly volume targets.
• Coach and advise team members.
