Operations Supervisor – Mississauga/Oakville

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee, plan, and monitor the performance of team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee, plan and monitor the performance of team members.
• Take ownership of daily operations across dispatch, yard coordination, and planning.
• Prepare documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations and file Shippers Export Declarations.
• Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.

Qualifications: Proven supervisory experience in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
