Position Overview
Optimizes production processes, PMO governance, capacity planning, utilization, reporting, and operational performance across the hub, ensuring teams work with clear processes, metrics, and escalation paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workflow optimization, governance routines, PMO standards, and operational planning.
- Develop capacity models, utilization reporting, dashboards, and delivery performance views.
- Partner with Studio Lead, Project Managers, and creative production leads to remove bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with intake, brief, scope, approval, QA, release, and archive workflows.
- Drive automation, templates, tool adoption, and operational playbooks.
