What you'll own End-to-end vendor coordination — component sourcing, delivery timelines, follow-ups Hardware assembly tracking — raw materials to finished units Purchase orders, inventory management, and shipment monitoring Flagging supply bottlenecks before they hit production Daily ops documentation and process hygiene Who we're looking for 3–7 years in operations, supply chain, or procurement — hardware/electronics/consumer devices preferred Has personally raised and tracked POs, not just supervised someone doing it Comfortable owning tasks without being chased Google Sheets and Docs are your daily tools, not something you learned once Bangalore-based or ready to relocate immediately Why this role Direct exposure to founders from day one Fast-moving, low-ego team — outcomes over process...
