Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across locations.
- Own and monitor operational budgets, including P&L management, OPEX control, petty cash management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with fire & safety standards, audits, statutory requirements, and SOP implementation.
- Lead property teams through training, performance management, and team development initiatives.
