Operations Lead, Freight & Logistics

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Metro Manila to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure efficient workflows, and deliver high-quality freight forwarding services. You will lead the operations team, resolve staff issues, prepare KPI and manpower reports, and coordinate with clients and partners to maintain excellent service.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, significant operations experience, and strong leadership, communication, and tech-savviness in a
