Operations Lead, Enterprise Wireless & Network Delivery

StarHub in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end managed service operations for Enterprise Wireless and Network infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee service delivery excellence, incident management, operational governance, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT operations or managed services. Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment.
