Operations & HPT Integration Engineer

Clarios is looking for an Operations Engineer in Matamoros, Coahuila. This role involves coordinating High-Performance Teams (HPTs) and ensuring their effectiveness within the plant. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, conducting trainings, and managing innovation systems to enhance plant performance.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business and up to one year of experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
