Operations & Guest Services Coordinator (Playa del Carmen)

Riviera Maya Catamarans - provides boat rental reseller throughout the Riviera Maya, as well as Holbox and Cancun area, Mexico Sol Tours - provides land and other adventure-based tours. The office is located in Puerto Aventuras.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pre-arrival and arrival services to the clients for their boat rentals and land tours efficiently, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Assist in the promotion and resale of catamaran rentals and adventure tours.
• Offer clients expert guidance on our diverse range of services, including knowledge of popular local spots, marinas, and tour routes.
• Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
