Operations & GTM Assistant - AI-Driven Startup Growth

Sur Global is seeking a Business Operations / GTM Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-growing, AI-forward tech company, handling contracts, payments, CRM data, and vendor relationships with accuracy and timeliness.

This cross-functional role blends Business Operations and GTM/Sales support, working closely with the Business Operations Lead and the Head of Partnerships and Growth to own multiple workflows independently and drive automation.
