The Role

As our first employee, you’ll be the operational glue that holds everything together. This is a broad, hands‑on role covering product operations, consultant onboarding, payments, customer support, and marketing execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Product & Platform Operations

• Test the Gig app end-to-end and report bugs, issues, and UX improvements
• Act as the day‑to‑day liaison with our development team
• Help prioritise fixes and improvements based on user feedback
• Document workflows and operating processes as we build them (and improve them)

Consultant Acquisition & Onboarding
