POSITION SUMMARY
Vertiv, a global leader in critical infrastructure solutions and services, is seeking a dynamic Controller to join our Americas Finance team as the Senior Finance leader supporting our Monterrey, MX manufacturing facility. Your role will include managing a team to provide strategic & operational leadership, value added reporting & analysis, and effective internal controls over spending, workforce planning, & inventory management. You will be in frequent contact with Operations Leadership and department heads at the plant, including shop floor presence to drive business performance and operational excellence. This role requires a self-starter with strong experience in manufacturing finance, operational leadership, and process improvement.
