You will oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring Security Officers perform to professional standards and client expectations. You will engage with clients and site staff to resolve issues, manage rostering, and drive service excellence through proactive communication and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all assigned sites to ensure smooth and effective security service delivery
- Conduct both announced and unannounced site visits to monitor Security Officers' performance and compliance
- Evaluate Security Officers' adherence to professional duties to meet client and organizational standards
