REQUIREMENTS:

• Required Skill(s): Interpersonal and communication Skills, teamwork.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Read and responds to all incoming emails promptly and update all required information of the respective vessels on the electronic board under his/her care.
2. Monitor all pre-alerts of incoming air & sea freight shipments and updating the details of such shipments into the stock list folder under respective vessel's name.
