Operations Executive (PAssion WaVe)

The Operations Executive supports the administration and operations of Passion Wave outlets, co‑ordinating adventure, water sports and camp programmes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role involves supervising staff, managing facility maintenance and finances, and engaging members in People's Association initiatives. The role requires performing safety operations, including power‑boat handling and search and rescue.

The Operations Executive assists Managers in the administration and operations of Passion Wave outlets, implementing outlet strategies aligned with senior management's direction and the People's Association's objectives.
