Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding/ Import/Export)

• Position : Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding/ Import/Export)
• Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
• Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + Performance Bonus (more than 1 month based from previous years)

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA documents.
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines, and regulations.
• Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.
