Operations Executive (E-commerce & Retail)

As Intended is a Singapore-based womenswear fashion brand focused on creating thoughtful, functional pieces for the modern woman. Our designs combine comfort, movement, and versatility for everyday wear.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the business.

This is a hands‑on role in a small team, where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution across customer experience, order fulfilment, and inventory management. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, adapt to changing priorities, and step in where needed to support the business.

• Attend to showroom customers
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Handle customer enquiries
• Manage returns and exchanges (online and in‑studio)
• Ensure good housekeeping within showroom and inventory
