Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) in various projects, including coordination, execution of general cleaning processes, and managing cleaning logistics.
- Conduct on-site risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Review work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Assist in the delivery of equipment and cleaning products to customer sites.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaning staff; ensure team members' skills and service competencies are consistently maintained.
- Report to the Operations Manager.
- Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
- Degree or Diploma Holders.
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in manpower management is preferred.
- Able to accept 5.5 working days and last‑minute work assignments.
