Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Transportation Management & Coordination
- Edit and manage jobs (Exports/Imports) within the Transportation Management System (TMS), performing detailed Routing Checks to optimize transport modes (airplane, car, train, etc.).
- Coordinate driver assignments for delivery and pickup of shipments at offices and freight companies.
- Oversee and prepare collected/received shipments for EUL-route processing, including pre‑advising shipments.
- Monitor shipments in transit, addressing any deviations from the plan with flexibility and efficiency.
- Continuously review TMS notes and handle pre‑advised shipments with precision.
