This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations across all transportation functions.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesTransportation Management & CoordinationEdit and manage jobs (Exports/Imports) within the Transportation Management System (TMS), performing detailed Routing Checks to optimize transport modes (airplane, car, train, etc.).Coordinate driver assignments for delivery and pickup of shipments at offices and freight companies.Oversee and prepare collected/received shipments for EUL-route processing, including pre‑advising shipments.Monitor shipments in transit, addressing any deviations from the plan with flexibility and ntinuously review TMS notes and handle pre‑advised shipments with nduct Post Flight Checks to verify planned departure and arrival times of flights.Manage internal debits and credits (Clearinghouse) to ensure financial accuracy.Operational ExcellenceIde...
